Clarion Forest VNA Hospice is offering a 4 session Grief Workshop- “Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”. Come learn about helpful ways to cope with your loss and find support. Topics will include: understanding grief, managing stress, preparing for holidays and special occasions and going on with life after loss. The sessions are provided free of charge and are facilitated by the Hospice Bereavement Department. Sessions will meet once a week for 4 weeks. We ask that you commit to attending all 4 sessions. Preregistration is required as group size is limited. This workshop series is for adults who are grieving the death of a family member or close friend.
All sessions will be held at the Clarion Forest VNA Offices, located at 271 Perkins Road, Clarion.
The group will meet weekly on Wednesdays for 4 weeks beginning:
