Clarion Forest VNA Offers Seasonal Flu Shots
Clarion Forest VNA Extended Care Services will be taking registration for flu shots beginning Monday September 12, 2011. Cost is $32.00. Call 814-782-3036 from 9 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday to register or for more information. Information is available at www.cfvna.org. Walk-ins will be accepted at the clinic.
Clarion Forest VNA Extended Care Services will be holding their first flu clinic of the season on Tuesday September 20, 2011.
