How to Donate
The VNA has been a pioneer in home health care in Clarion County since 1971 and in Forest County since 1979, continually growing to meet the community’s needs for in-home care. We offer many different services and programs to meet every individual’s needs.
Clarion Forest VNA, Inc. has always believed that the emotional and physical well-being of the patient is enhanced by the patient receiving care in the familiar surroundings of home. Visiting nurses have a long history of coming to the aide of patients rain or shine in the community, and we serve patients of all ages from newborns through senior citizens.
To continue our mission to provide quality and appropriate home health care services of Clarion and Forest Counties, regardless of the ability to pay, we need your help. The generosity of our donors has ensured that the VNA is able to provide care to those in need. Funds raised by the VNA are used to support programs to improve the health of the community and to provide care without regard to a patient’s age. Every gift, no matter the amount, is important to us and our patients.
You may choose how your donation to the VNA is to be used. A general gift to the VNA will be placed in a fund to be available for all areas of financial need. A donation specific to VNA Hospice, Hospice House, Adult Day Care, or Extended Care will be placed into a fund specific to that division of the VNA. You may also designate your donation in memory of another individual or as an honorary gift. We will respect all donor wishes for anonymity and donor designations for our projects and causes.
